In order for you to benefit the most from counselling it is important to attend sessions regularly. If for any reason you cannot attend a session it is requested you give me as much notice as possible, and I will do the same.

I have a one week cancellation policy on all sessions. In some instances it may be possible to reschedule sessions for the same week, otherwise the full fee will be charged.

If you wish to end the sessions before any pre-arranged time scale then I suggest we meet at least for two weeks to work through the ending process and review the work completed.

These will be discussed in more detail during your initial assessment session.
